400% revenue growth in 12 months

In 12 months, revenues of the Swisspur online store increased by 400%. This was achieved by fully rethinking the performance marketing strategy, and subsequently through advanced implementation and constant optimization of that strategy.



Management Summary


The collaboration between R17 and Swisspur commenced in August 2020. R17 led the rollout of the paid media strategy and implementation on Facebook and Instagram. In addition to work on paid media, R17 was also responsible for setting up email marketing automations through Klaviyo. More recently, R17 has been involved in the migration from the existing shop system to Shopify.

Facebook Ads

We restructured the Facebook funnel using new creatives produced in-house, and saw immediate results

Strategy

We changed the strategic direction to focus more on selling high value products, which in conjunction with rebuilding the implementations on the paid media channels results in an almost immediate uplift in revenue

Google Ads

Through constant optimization of the Google Ads account, Google has become a significant and stable revenue driver
