‍Responsibilities:‍

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat (bonus if experienced in Shopify reporting).
• Exceptional strong Google ads understanding in terms of strategy, optimization and execution. 
• Collaborate with clients to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Analyze data and conduct tests to optimize campaigns, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth for clients.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to clients.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget for clients.

‍Qualifications and Experience:‍

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Full German and English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels for clients.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools.
• Experience with Shopify reporting is a bonus.
• Excellent client facing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This position is based in Zurich, and the successful candidate will be expected to work from our office in Zurich.
